I had a fantastic stay at the resort, especially enjoying the clean and spacious rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful, making my experience even better. However, ordering room service was quite a hassle, which took away from an otherwise excellent visit. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the surrounding area offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.

I had a wonderful birthday dinner with my mother at this hotel. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding, making our evening feel truly special. Although the dinner buffet was a bit limited on a weekday, I learned it's much more extensive on the weekends. We're definitely planning a staycation to enjoy more of what this resort has to offer.

However, there were some service issues worth noting, particularly at the poolside and during checkout. The dining experience could also use improvement, especially in breakfast quality.
